Proactive digest — the summary comes to you, and never twice

A weekly or daily summary in Slack or email: what happened, what changed, what to do. Every sentence carries evidence ids, and the delivery ledger makes a duplicate structurally impossible.

Never sent twice

Deliveries are keyed by site, channel, target and calendar period. Two servers ticking at the same moment produce the same key, and the second one skips.

A failed send is never lost

Failures are deliberately NOT written to the ledger, so the next tick retries. Logging a failure would turn a network blip into a permanently missing week.

Quiet when there is nothing to say

A period with no traffic sends nothing. A "0 visitors" email is how a tool gets muted.

Small changes stay quiet

A percentage swing on a base under 20 is noise, not news, and does not become a line in your digest.

The evidence

A digest line, as delivered

• 3 sessions arrived from AI assistants — 100% of all sessions.
  Mostly chatgpt (3 sessions). [e11, e12, e2]

• AI crawlers made 2 requests — these are NOT human visitors and are
not included in the visitor count. [e13, e14]

The bracketed ids are clickable in the dashboard, each one opening its query.
